Online pelvic floor course
Struggling with pelvic floor symptoms, aches, or a body that feels unfamiliar? “The only pelvic floor course you will ever need” is designed to help you regain strength, confidence, and control. This 6-week program includes six prerecorded sessions, guided homework videos, and email support to keep you on track. Move at your own pace while learning expert strategies to support your body and recover from prolapse and or urinary incontinence

Regular weekly Pilates sessions
One to one weekly Pilates and movement coaching sessions in person with Amy at Fromehall mill. Make this your regular exercise class to develop strength, flexibility, alignment and wellbeing. Sessions use a combination of small and large Pilates equipment, Reformer and Pilates chair.
