Acute pain and rehabilitation sessions

Back, shoulder, neck, hip or knee pain? These sessions get to the cause of pain and discomfort in your body. Diagnostic and prescriptive exercise sessions in person with Amy.
Learn why your body is creating these symptoms and how to move and exercise to support your anatomy. Recover from pain, injury or surgery .
Minimum 10 sessions recommended

Regular weekly Pilates sessions

One to one weekly Pilates and movement coaching sessions in person with Amy at Fromehall mill. Make this your regular exercise class to develop strength, flexibility, alignment and wellbeing. Sessions use a combination of small and large Pilates equipment, Reformer and Pilates chair.
Minimum of 10 sessions

Online women’s health group classes.

Attend live on zoom or receive a recording to do in your own time. A combination of Hypopressives, Pilates and light weight resistance.
