About Amy Cooke Movement
You’re accomplished, capable, and used to making things happen. But lately, your body’s felt like a mystery—maybe even a battle. You’ve noticed changes: aches that linger, a pelvic floor that doesn’t feel quite right, strength that’s slipped away, a sense that you’re just not quite you anymore.
And the truth is, you’re too wise—and too busy—for cookie-cutter classes or short-term fixes.
That’s where I come in.

With over 20 years of experience in elite sport and women’s health, I offer something truly different:
a comprehensive, high-level movement system that’s designed for women like you—who want to feel strong, toned, in control, and at home in their bodies again.
I’ve taken everything I learned working with top athletes (including Bristol Uni’s High Performance Team and professional football clubs like Wolverhampton FC and Bristol City Women’s FC) and translated it into a holistic, whole-body approach for women. My work blends intelligent strength training, deep fascia release, flexibility, pelvic floor recovery and hormone-aware coaching into a single, personalised system that leaves no stone unturned.
If you're ready to invest in expert care and finally feel seen, supported and strong in your skin—you're in the right place.
My Background
I’ve spent over 20 years dedicated to understanding the body, movement, and the intricate ways we heal and thrive — especially when it comes to pelvic health, women’s fitness, high-performance movement, and injury recovery, including bad back recovery.
I’ve worked with some of the UK’s top athletes, including at Bristol University, Wolverhampton FC, and Bristol City FC, where I’ve developed programs for elite performance, injury prevention, and recovery. I’m also particularly skilled in bad back recovery and injury recovery, using tailored strategies to help clients regain strength, mobility, and confidence after injury.
I also work with teenagers, helping them build strength, confidence, and resilience through movement.
Here are just some of the qualifications and training that have shaped my approach:
- Anatomy & Physiology (Oxford Brookes University)
- Dissection Training (Oxford University & Bristol University)
- Pilates Foundation Training (3 years with The Scott Studio, Suzanne Scott – movement coach to England's men’s football team)
- Eric Franklin’s Pelvic Fascia Trainer
- Women’s Exercise Specialist
- UK Hypopressive Trainer
- Menopause Movement and Nutrition Coach
- Pelvic Floor Specialist
- High Performance Movement Coach
With this depth of knowledge, I combine science-based techniques, real-world application, and personal experience to help every client achieve lasting results. Whether you’re navigating pelvic health issues, recovering from an injury, or supporting a teen in building healthy habits, I’ve got the expertise to guide you.
