With over 11 years’ experience as a movement coach, I am a Pilates practitioner and women’s movement specialist. I have a special interest in women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunction and have the privilege of working with some of the UKs’ top athletes.  I have combined my years of Pilates experience, anatomical knowledge and hypopressive breathing techniques to develop a unique integrative approach to recovery and injury prevention.

Sessions are tailored to your exact aims and can be used in conjunction with a current training regime, physiotherapy sessions, or your stand-alone weekly workout.

I have a special interest in women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunction and work with top male and female athletes in the fields of Football, Cricket and Athletics. My revolutionary six-week pelvic health course frees participants of prolapse symptoms, incontinence issues and other pelvic dysfunction symptoms with life-changing results.
