With over 11 years’ experience as a movement coach, I am a Pilates practitioner and women’s movement specialist. I have a special interest in women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunction and have the privilege of working with some of the UKs’ top athletes.  I have combined my years of Pilates experience, anatomical knowledge and hypopressive breathing techniques to develop a unique integrative approach to recovery and injury prevention.

Sessions are tailored to your exact aims and can be used in conjunction with a current training regime, physiotherapy sessions, or your stand-alone weekly workout.

I have a special interest in women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunction and work with top male and female athletes in the fields of Football, Cricket and Athletics. My revolutionary pelvic health sessions free participants of prolapse symptoms, incontinence issues and other pelvic dysfunction symptoms with life-changing results.
